SPINE
Lumbar Procedures
Traditional and minimally-invasive decompression (laminectomy and laminotomy), microdiskectomy, anterior and posterior spinal fusion, open and mimimally invasive spinal instrumentation, including pedicle screw placement and plating interbody fusions, including ALIF, TLIF, PLIF and XLIF (extreme-lateral interbody fusion), partial and total corpectomy, utilizing open or mini-open anterior retroperitoneal approach
Motion-preserving Surgery
Lumbar total disk replacement: Prodisc (FDA-approved) and Flexicore (part of FDA multicenter trial), X-STOP placement, motion-preserving dynamic stabilization (Dynesis and PEEK rods)
Thoracic Procedures
Scoliosis correction utilizing segmental pedicle screw instrumentation with spinal cord neuromonitoring, spine osteotomies, including pedicle-subtraction osteotomy (PSO) and Smith-Peterson osteotomy (SPO), surgery for thoracic disk herniations, including posterior surgery (costotransversectomy), anterior surgery via thoracotomy and minimally-invasive surgery utilizing video-assisted thoracoscopic approach

Shoulder

Sports knee procedures
Knee arthroscopy, arthroscopic microfracture and chondroplasty, arthroscopic meniscectomy, arthroscopic and open meniscal repair, arthroscopic ACL reconstruction, utilizing patellar tendon and hamstring autografts as well as Achilles tendon allograft, revision ACL reconstruction, postero-lateral corner and LCL reconstruction, arthroscopic PCL reconstruction, complex reconstructions of knee dislocation and multi-ligamentous knee injury
Reconstructive knee procedures

Open reduction and internal fixation of fractures and dislocations of all the long bones of human skeleton (both upper and lower extremities) and spine, surgery for non-union of fractures (failure to heal), utilizing iliac crest bone graft as well as cutting-edge bone morphogenetic protein (BMP-2) application
