Kristin Alderisio, PAC
Spine Surgery
Kristin is our senior Physician Assistant with a very extensive
background in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery, Neurosurgery and Neuroscience
spanning more than
a decade.
After graduating from the Albany Medical College PA program in
1991, Kristin worked as a Neurosurgical Physician Assistant both
in New York and Connecticut. In addition to being a first assistant
on neurosurgical cases, Kristin has managed the care of patients
in the NICU, step-down unit and was a part of the trauma team
in the ER.
From 2001 till 2003, Kristen traveled extensively throughout
Asia and volunteered her medical services both in India and Romania.
Following her time as a volunteer, Kristin worked as a Spinal
Surgery Physician Assistant at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Oakland,
CA. In 2006, Kristin joined San Francisco Orthopaedic
Surgeons Medical Group where she serves as a Senior Physician
Assistant for the St. Mary’s Spine Center Team and sees patients
in the clinic, acts as a first-assist on spine surgery cases,
and provides neurological monitoring during the cases.

David Allen, DC, ATC, PA-C
Sports Medicine
David is licensed as a Physician Assistant and Chiropractor
and comes to San Francisco Orthopaedic Surgeons Medical
Group from Marin.
He practiced as a Chiropractor/Athletic Trainer for
many years and has worked with athletes from the AVP Pro Beach
Volleyball Tour, Marin Catholic High School, NCAA Track and Field
Championships, and the University of San Francisco.
Additionally, David did an internship as an Athletic Trainer (ATC)
with the San Francisco Forty-Niners in 2003. He currently is finishing
his Masters Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Nebraska.
He obtained his Bachelors of Applied Arts and Sciences Degree
in Physical Education/Kinesiology from San Diego State University,
his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer West Chiropractic
College, and he graduated in Physician Assistant studies from
UC Davis.
He works primarily with Dr. Montgomery in Sports Medicine, but
also assists Dr. Kondrashov and Dr. McGann when needed.

Mylinh Bui, PAC
Spine Surgery
Mylinh Bui is an integral part of the St. Mary’s Spine Center.
She is actively involved in both pre- and post-operative care
of spine patients, in addition to providing neurological monitoring
and first-assisting in spine surgery.
After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University
of California at Davis in 2000, Mylinh went on to receive her
Master’s Degree from Western University of Health and Sciences
in Pomona. In 2003, Mylinh joined San Francisco Orthopaedic
Surgeons Medical Group and, as part of the Spine Center
team, has been one of the principal Clinical Research Study Coordinators
for the X-STOP, Flexicore and Prodisc clinical trials.
